After the DOJ refused to allow the T merger with Duetche Telecom, the iphone traffic jammer had to raise prices on data their consumers use.  Sprint on the other hand sold a bunch of Iphones, but becuz they were subsidized they needed about 30% more sales to get the momentum going.  Instead S sold just enuf iPhones to hurt their earnings.  The laws of supply and demand are at work and moving into the future, someone is gonna need more blue sky to move idevices threw smoothly, if not one of these two someone else is.  I could even see a bidding war or each company taking a 20% stake in CLWR or something like that
