A simple summary of the situation:
- Current P/E > 100
- Management team that isn't really accountable to anyone and isn't particularly interested in the value of the stock
- A base of retail investors still wishing they had jumped on Google, Apple, or Amazon but forgetting just how badly things went for Pets.com making irration decisions regarding whether or not to trade on the stock
- Mobile users who don't see advertisements
- Institutional investors (Goldman) liquidating positions
