I used to own this tock for 5 years and it went nowhere. But, now it is starting to move up. Corning makes glass for TVs, cell phones and all sorts of mobile devices. The company is also partnering with Chinese firms and getting into the automoble market.The company does have a competitor in Japan and possibly in China.
Its report card yesterday was excellent and I think it is finally starting to move up after all these years.
I did sell my stock last year but am planning to keep an eye on it and jump in when the price is right -- it was just below 20 last week.
