What does a stock look like that is tanking to zero?  Well Groupon is a good chart to look at.  Might see a little bounce in the coming week, but then it's headed back to downville.  Their market cap is still 4.28B and I think that is still too much.  They have problems with their model, the quality of ads is diminishing, class action suit...need I go on?
