I know News Corp stock has already been battered, and maybe this is late to the game, but who could possibly buy into this stock?  Given all the revelations of the past several weeks, many people will express their disgust with their wallets and refuse to get their TV service, news, communications from this company or support it in any way.  Advertisers will probably jet.  It's one of those stocks that seems to have bad news every day, and that stuff multiplies.

I haven't had the greatest track record with shorting nascent pariahs, such as BP for example, and if I learned my lesson I should probably go long here.  But I do think the we have not seen the end of these stories or the exodus of top management, and despite his shrewd handling of the issues thus far, at age 80, Murdoch may not have it in him to fight through it.
