Well, it's really only the neck and head these folks are concerned with.  Oncolytics Biotech, Inc. (http://www.oncolyticsbiotech.com/) is a development stage biotechnology company based in Calgary, Alberta.

The company develops REOLYSIN, a human cancer therapeutic. Its clinical program includes various human trials, including a Phase III trial in head and neck cancers using REOLYSIN, its proprietary formulation of the human reovirus.

My luck has soared with biotech companies going into Phase III trials thus far...only one real strikeout vs. four or five big wins.  I like ONCY enough to bank on a 40% gain by the time this winter (and hopefully the recession) thaws out.
