I was just reminded of Pantera Bread today afer receiving a gift card and cashing it in on some panini and chili goodness. Like certain other fast casual restaurants, aka "fast food that doesn't suck" restaurants, pretty much everything PNRA makes is at least pretty good, and some of it is quite delicious.

My past criticisms of Panera's prospects have included the portion sizes (too small), price (too damn high), and the notion that Americans are moving away from  high-carb wheat-based food products.  However, PNRA seems to be going strong and their 1, 2, and 4 year growth is tough to argue with. Until further notice, this is a stock worthy of RE...SPECT...WALK to your local PNRA and support the movement! Wish I had thought of this when it dipped into the double digits recently.
