...you may consider RIG.  I know they just got a downgrade at GS, but that was after a 50% move down.  I will say that the rhetoric that I have seen seems to imply that their safely stance is better then BP, and they lost an argument with BP the day of the explosion on whether or not the removing of the "mud" and replacing with seawater was a good idea.
