Apple and Akamai and Ebay and Amazon and Oracle and and and... why not SGI?

Here on Wall Street we're partying like it's 1999, what with all these pre-millennial superstars shining once again as though the dot-com bust never happened. I don't know anyone who uses SGI's products anymore, do you? Makes no difference. And what's that, they don't earn any money? Shouldn't matter. Never mind the bankruptcies, here's the bollocks stock. It was cool leading up to Y2K, so it must be cool now. Does anyone know where I can buy some Fogdog.com shares?

My logic is impeccable. You watch, SGI will blow up, and nobody will be able to explain why. Except me.

Okay...stuck on a Friday night at a client site with my business partner...we are both remembering SGI being bought out by sun ??? after SGI bought Cray. Is this still the same SGI, or some company that just bought the name?
