Giving this recently-abused stock a month to bounce 10 points from its rather severe slide over the past quarter.  USEC supplies low enriched uranium (LEU) to commercial nuclear power plants in the United States and internationally.

Reason to short this stock -- I'm almost always wrong when it comes to anything having to do with minerals and natural resources.

Reason to keep the faith -- USEC is based is Bethesda, Maryland and I'm 3-for-3 on my Maryland-based picks thus far.
